“Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the
throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” Revelation 22:1-2
“Day Dream” finds its concept of Living Waters and explores how nature becomes a sanctuary, a refuge where we seek solace from the demands of reality. Nature’s stillness mirrors the potential for inner tranquility.
While I draw inspiration from the landscapes in my surroundings, my primary focus lies in the emotions my artwork evokes.
I aim to transport the viewer to a place beyond the canvas, asking, “Where is this place?” It’s a realm where I can sit and escape, if only for a moment, to a serene scene, embracing the calm and peace that washes over me. Through the art I create, I offer an escape from the realities of the present, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the feelings my paintings conjure and to find stillness within the beauty of creation.
